Hi everyone.
I’m having only 60 guests, but San Francisco catering companies are making impossible for us to fit them on our budget.
Our venue comes with a full industrial kitchen and no license required. So what I have in mind is having Asian food delivered from my fav restaurant, and hiring people to work at the kitchen just making sure food will be served hot, placing the buffet, cleaning up etc. I just wanted some opinions on it to make sure this is a realistic idea. For appetizers we will have a charcuterie table with Brazilian appetizers (they will be frozen and helpers will just fry it when is time). Am I missing something that I should be considering since I’m not having a catering company? Thank you
