Flowers

Joneka, on June 13, 2020 at 3:40 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 37
So, our entire budget is $5000. I wanted a ton of flowers. I knew real flowers were totally out of range and thought instead I could supplement it be having lots of greenery. I'm set to start creating centerpieces, bouquets etc with faux flowers. I finally went to hobby lobby yesterday, and I dont think its feasible. I am very disappointed.

You should try globalrose.com .... they have really good prices and reviews. Idk what color flowers you’d want but they sell real flowers and greenery in bulk and deliver a couple days before your even so you can DIY the centerpieces.

For the amount of florals I wanted everywhere...I will have to vastly scale it back. I wanted eucalyptus and those seem to be very sought after and more on the higher end. I wanted 24 round gold centerpieces, 10-15 gold tower centerpieces, 2 door wreaths and I was wanted flowers lining the aisle. Over the top DH says.

I am going to go with more candles...I did buy those yesterday while I was there.

I'm not doing real....only faux. It gives me more time as real you have to do them the day of or day before.

Ah sorry about the confusion. Another thing is I’ve heard good things about lings flowers on amazon. And I know you tried hobby lobby but maybe you can try other craft stores like Michaels I found my faux bouquets there for really cheap

    Wow!

I was doing faux so I would have more time. There are alot of arrangements, bouquets, bouts, door wreaths and the wedding arch.
Didnt want to wait too close tot he big day and be stressed, but these prices are fantastic!

Try facebook market place and eBay... a lot of brides resell their flowers since they’re day is over.

Maybe hire a wedding decorator? Mine was $1500 for everything, and they have a lot of faux flowers they can use.

I'm located in Fresno, CA, but what I did so I wouldn't have to worry about ceremony and reception decor, was that I hired a wedding decorator that would take care of everything from centerpieces to basically everything.

I hired them through Facebook, and you should be able to find a lot of them using that method. Maybe even try hiring a few wedding decorators you could hire on the vendors tab.

Try amazon. Search silk or real touch flowers. I’ll be getting most of my floral decor from there. Also try flower moxie.

I’m doing fiftyflowers.com. 10 centerpieces for under $200. You can easily have tons of floral for well under $500.
