Hey Guys, I'm curious how you are planning your bouquets and boutaineers and all of that stuff?

I am doing a destination wedding so I'm looking for some affordable options that are easily transportable. I have talked to some florists in teh area and they are just unrealistic with what they are asking (I got quoted upwards of 2500 just for mine and bridesmaids bouquets and boutaineers). Like I said I want something easily transportable so I know I will be looking at doing fake flowers. Did anyone make there own bouquets? If so how did you decide what to use and di you do fresh flowers or fake flowers? All my centerpieces I am doing fake flowers I'm just trying to do something for us that won't look tacky but won't kill my bank account as well. Open to all and any suggestions!

I would say if you want real flowers to keep shopping around. I just got married on the beach in Clearwater, FL and most places were outrageous but I got everything for under $700 and they were gorgeous! There will be somebody out there that wants to the work and will give you a deal. If you like the artificial ones there are lots of good choices on Etsy!!
