Hello Brides,

My fiance’ and I are planning a Wedding and reception with no flowers. My petal person (teenage niece) will have fake petals to put down and that’s it. The issue I am having is finding inspiration for our ceremony and reception decorations. It seems to me that all of the floating candle ideas have been over done. My bouquet will consist of brooches from family members and my bridesmaids will have feather and brooch bouquets. I’m hoping you all can help me find more inspiration.

I love candles and lanterns! Some of the pictures in this thread make me want to go without plants.

We’re thinking that our wedding would be basically flower less but we’ll have a ton of succulents- my bouquet, centerpieces, and favors would all be succulents. I might put a small number of flowers in with them tho

I'm not doing flowers either other than fake flower bouquets.

I'm going to do glitter mason jars with fairy lights inside instead!

Those colors are going to be gorgeous together. If you are a fan of DIY projects then 3 different size candles sitting on top of a glass or rose gold tray will be beautiful.

Thank you so much. I’m all for a DIY but my fiancé thinks because it’s a destination wedding we won’t be able to. I think I’m going to win that battle and get a few DIY projects lol.
