Flower petals

This may be a dumb question but I can’t find the answer anywhere...where do you get flower petals from for your flower girl to throw? We are using real touch silk flowers so we don’t have a florist and since we are getting married on the beach, we have to use real petals. I’m honestly lost on where to get them from without buying the $40 dried petals on amazon

    If they have to be real petals, what about just grabbing a bouquet locally from a florist or grocery store and plucking the petals? Or ordering the bouquet online? 🌹
