Flower Help

CourtneyBrittain, on May 26, 2019 at 2:47 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 4
I am currently searching for the right vendor to use for flowers. I know I don't want a cascading bridal bouquet, just something simple in blush/burgundy and something blush for my bridesmaids.

How much should I plan for 6 Bridesmaid bouquets, 1 Bridal and 1 to toss?

Also, my Mom mentioned corsages for MOB, FMIL, and all 4 grandmothers is typically expected, is that true?

We aren’t doing corsages (my mom and grandmothers didn’t want them) but we did them when I married my first husband and I think they were $25 per corsage for us.

Heres a breakdown of my flowers:
Bride bouquet- sunflowers and in season complimenting colors $125-$150 (still deciding how I want it wrapped)
Maid of honor bouquet- $85 (larger than bridesmaids bouquets)
    Bridesmaids bouquets- $65 each
My florist threw in a toss bouquet for free but since I’m not tossing it, I got a flower girl bouquet instead.

Corsages are normal, yes, along with boutonnieres for the groom, groomsmen, fathers and grandfathers. My bouquet is $165, my MoH is $70, boutonnieres are $15, and corsages $25. If you do orchids or peonies, you can get up into the several hundreds of dollars per bouquet, but if you're okay with heartier, seasonal flowers (cabbage roses are a bit cheaper, but give a similar feel to peonies), the prices I listed are pretty normal from what I can tell. We're also mixing two styles of centerpiece. One is $35, one is $65. Three mini vases with 1-2 stems per, and a slightly larger low arrangement by itself, respectively.

Our men aren’t wearing jackets so we don’t need to worry bout boutonnieres, but thank you!

    Our final quote was:

Bridal bouquet: white and blush roses with hypericum berries and winter florals $165

Bridesmaids bouquets (4): white roses and evergreens $260

Boutonnieres (9): matching the bouquets $81

Corsages (3): to match the bridesmaids bouquets with wristbands $70
