Flower help!! Costco or sams?

So I’ve been looking around for flower prices and read many tips that it’s cheaper to go wholesale flowers rather than florist. My question is for the decoration flowers. I want to do baby’s breaths for ceremony isle markers in little buckets. For center pieces mason jars with baby’s breath and a few pink carnations, keeping it simple. Sams and Costco only sell the carnations with 150 or 300 stems. I only really need 100. I just am not sure how much to get and which place is cheaper or has better quality. There are about 7 rows of chairs for the ceremony but I might do every other, as for tables there are, I think 15. I don’t want to get to little and can’t afford to get way more than I need. I will try and attach pictures of my inspiration on the decore.
