I’m in a dilemma right now. I’m trying to pick who is going to be a flower girl for our wedding. Here is a little bit of a run down of who:

Heather: will be 2 at time of wedding and is my cousin’s daughter. My cousin is also my bridesman

Emma: will be 3 at time of wedding and is my uncles daughter.

These are the only girls in my family. My concern is if I pick one, I have to pick the other. I know that if pick Emma because she’s a bit older, Heathers mom(cousins gf) will be veeeeryyyy angry. She is quite petty. I wouldn’t mind asking both! But do you think they will be able to walk without anyone else helping? I haven’t been around many 2-3 year olds. Lol.

Pick both. I actually only wanted 2 FG, 1 is a family member. However, my other side of the family also has 2 girls. My aunt has been asking every time I see her if her daughters are going to be FG. So I will have 4.

I think you should pick both! the 3-year-old can help the 2-year-old walk down the aisle. we had two flower girls, age 8 and age 3, and the 3-year-old did great. they practiced at the rehearsal which was helpful! you could plan to seat their parents toward the front by the aisle so they have familiar faces to walk toward. the 2-year-old might see her dad standing up front and run toward him too

Have both! I am having 3 of my and my FH's nieces. All 3 walking together, ages 5,7 and 8. If I had more little gals, I add more.... LOL. They are all so excited. My 2 nephews both have a role also. Youngest (4) is our ring bearer and oldest (10) is a Jr. Groomsman.
