Hello Everyone!! If you are having a flower girl in your wedding what color of dress are you having her wear? I wanted my little sister to wear the same color as my bridesmaids but, my stepmom mom is trying to overstep and saying they are going to buy it if its in white. I don't want to give in...

If you are having a flower girl in your wedding what color of dress are you having her wear?

I wanted my little sister to wear the same color as my bridesmaids but, my stepmom mom is trying to overstep and saying they are going to buy it if its in white. I don't want to give in (which I probably wont) but i would like your inputs.

That is a beautiful dress and one she can wear again if she likes dresses, whereas a white dress wouldnt be as practical after. (Full disclosure I was the kid that wore full party dresses to school whenever I could convince my mom to let me, but she would never have let me wear a white dress where it could get dirty).

I plan on having a dress that is a mix of white and the bridal party color, that way she stands out but isn't too overpowered by the bridal party. My colors are burgundy and navy and I thought both were really dark for a will be 3 year old.
