I have a flower girl and she will be 8 during our wedding but the only flaw is she’s in a kids 16/18 now by the time next year comes she will be in adult clothes where should I look for a dress that’s not too revealing

Since she's still growing it might be wise to wait until 4-6 months before your wedding to shop for a dress!
David's Bridal and The Dessy Group also have junior bridesmaids dress selections that might work well for her!
