Hey ladies do you mind sharing your flower budget? My brother and his fiancé are spending 4500-5000 on all of their flowers this June. That to me sounds absurd for something that is going to die! FH and I have a budget of 2500-3000 for our wedding next April. Still to me that sounds like too much...

Hey ladies do you mind sharing your flower budget? My brother and his fiancé are spending **** on all of their flowers this June. That to me sounds absurd for something that is going to die!

FH and I have a budget of **** for our wedding next April. Still to me that sounds like too much and we hope to donate them to a senior home after the wedding. I am I being silly? Or is that an average budget?

I am hoping to stay under $500. I only need a bouquet and a few bouts. Maybe some corsages if there is extra room in the budget. My venue is a gorgeous garden so a lot of the decor is built in, though it's mostly greenery. I will DIY my centerpieces and no BP so floral needs should be minimal.

I'm trying to figure out the best decision for me. My ceremony and reception venue are two different locations so I would need the floral setup at my reception. For what you paid going wholesale, did you have to coordinate someone to setup for you?
