Flower bouquets

I personally haven’t but I know a few people who have and it was definitely affordable but they don’t deliver so you’d have to pick them up yourself.

I don't know about Safeway's options, but near me stores like Costco and BJs normally have solid flower options online for a reasonable price. You can get a ton of flowers from there too because they're used to selling in large quantities, more than Safeway might be able to provide.
