Floral wall backdrop

on February 13, 2020 at 5:41 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 11

The picture provided is where we will be having the ceremony and reception, and where the projector is, is where we will be saying our vows. I'm thinking of having a blush/dusty rose colored floral backdrop for my wedding. I saw DIYing this myself would cost roughly $400 with pipe/drape and floral panels, but I'm looking for more convenience and wondering, does anyone know of a rental place around southeast Michigan that offers this? Thank you

I’m doing a floral arch like this because it’s cheaper

Then you can just buy a bunch of inexpensive faux flowers to decorate it

Hey there Smiley smile I would recommend checking out the WeddingWire vendor directory for rental vendors in the area - Detroit Wedding Rentals. You can check out the different company's profiles, reach out to ask if they rent floral walls and get some pricing. I hope this helps Smiley smile

Thanks! The area that needs to be decorated is 10x20. I was looking at a printed backdrop drape...but I am undecided if this will look good. Thanks again for the tip though!

Thank you! Yes, I've been doing this- but it's difficult as I am unable to narrow the search to "pipe & drape" or "wedding backdrops" etc.

My mom made our floral wall. She used flowers from silk flower warehouse (online bulk flowers) and Dollar Tree. She used Gorilla brand hot glue to attach the to the "wall" which is a room divider we found on Facebook Marketplace. She did it for less than $200, and it took her a total of 5 hours to make it. All of the rentals in my area for this type of thing is roughly $100/hour. NO THANKS. Haha. Best of luck!
