Hello,

I have a budget for about $2500 for florals. I don't really know what that means. I feel like it'd help me to know visually how weddings would like for X amount.

I was wondering if anybody would be willing to share their wedding day photos of ceremony & reception space and how much the floral arrangements came out to be with the bouquet, arch, centerpieces, etc.

Thank you (-:

I'll definitely try to see if I can repurpose anything..! If any other ideas come up, please let me know!

Like my MoH who is my sister said she didn't mind not keeping her bouquet and allowed me to use it for the bouquet toss!

That will definitely save you money! The venue provides the arch itself and two arrangements of arch flowers is $300!

Yeah I'd def. give that list to any florists you plan on contacting and asking for a quote! If you have a set budget in mind, make sure to make them aware of that as well. Again, that's what we did and our florist was able to figure out what florals/greenery were actually needed vs wants, which got us down to below our budget price!

I didn't mean to scare you! I live in a city with some of the highest taxes in the country, and I think the reason our florist charged a high labor fee was because putting together our chuppah was an intensive job. That being said, definitely factor in the taxes and ask about the labor + takedown fees upfront when getting quotes. Some other things we did to cut costs: our florist repurposed the chuppah into an arch to go over our sweetheart table and set this up during cocktail hour. If you're having an arch, I'd definitely recommend using it for your sweetheart table! We also had the florist put my bridal bouquet in a pretty vase on the sweetheart table so no other flowers were needed.
