I'm also hoping to make one for my bridal shower, but really don't know where to start! I would think PVC pipe would be the best option, but I'm still stuck on transporting it, and decorating on site, etc.

Thanks! I have the basic construction down my real anxiety or question is how many fake flowers I would need to fill in the front. I’m not sure if it will be worth the cost of diy if I have to spend $500 on fake flowers.

Oh I love floral backdrops! What are you thinking of using the backdrop for? For guest photos, or perhaps behind the top table?

Aliexpress or wish have cheap silk flowers. I ordered a couple and they are not bad quality. I just ordered more to create my flower backdrop similar to your first picture for $40. Shipping usually takes like a month tho Smiley sad

I made ours using giant foam flowers from Michaels and a floral garland. I wanted a mix of the colors at the top so I bought a bundle of different flowers and changed them out myself. The backdrop part is just a piece of fabric that I cut to size and sewed a loop at the top to fir the curtain rod style pole through.
