Hi, fellow Harry Potter fan here!! Lilies spring to mind for obvious reasons but not the best time of year for them.

For a Harry Potter theme I would go with natural styled arrangements, wild flowers, maybe with some herbs and botanicals to tie in with herbology and potions.

Or just go full on Hagrid and have a pumpkin patch 😁

I think pumpkins would be a very cute idea! We are planning on the wedding in my grandpa's orchard since that's where we met, I bet we could come up with a nice setup for that

I feel like it may depend on your budget and time. I've always felt like the more you try to tweak things to each person, the more complicated it gets.

For instance, when speaking with our florist I asked for everyone to have white roses. the only difference was my bouquet which also included blush roses. That way there was cohesiveness across the board.

Get mum's. Fuji mums can be dyed and they are cheap in the fall. Mums come in Orange, yellow, white and lavender.

I don't know why when I think of Harry Potter I think rustic and wild natural flowers rather than colorful.

What a cool idea! If you have a HP house of choice to represent you could choose flowers in the house colors. For example I’m a Gryffindor and sunflowers are always good in the fall, and you could pair them with a red flower to represent the crimson and gold of the house. If your another house I’m sure there are tons of options there too! Or you could just pick some pretty fall flowers and go with those!

Wonderful theme. Ours is Grease. Almost went with Harry Potter. Gryffindor colors would be beautiful.

I would find some really cool mumms.... maroon, white, yellow, orange. They can pretty much dye them any color as well. They are not super expensive, and are pretty large so fewer will be needed.
