Flexible pay?

Robyn, on September 26, 2019 at 8:59 AM Posted in Planning 0 3
The term flexible pay confuses me. It says that you can cancel and not be charged up to 30 days before the ceremony date but then nothing else. The part that has me confused is the payment part. Do you pay partial or do you pay when you check in? And say you do pay when you check in the venue/hotel (we're eloping in Greece), does that mean you pay the price of the room for what it is on that date or do you pay the rate of when you chose to pay the flexible pay? I've asked the venue and I they aren't quite understanding my question and Id hate to ask the same question multiple times.

I am pretty this means that you will be able to cancel without paying anything as long as it is before 30 days and you would pay the rate they are offering the day you check in.

I would just call them again and tell them you want to reserve a room and just ask if payment would be owed when you reserve the room or when you check in. They should definitely be able to answer that and then you can ask how much would the room cost and they will probably tell you whatever the price is the day they are collecting payment from you.

Hey Robyn! Were you able to get the room booked? Is everything clearer now? Smiley smile
