Flannel shirts

I was thinking about doing flannel shirts instead of robes for the girls with a monogram. Is June 23 a bad day to do flannel? Well mostly be inside with air conditioning. I was thinking about doing flannel shirts instead of robes for the girls with a monogram. Is June 23 a bad day to do flannel? Well mostly be inside with air conditioning. The girls are divided in this. I just like the colors and feel of flannel over a regular button down. Any suggestions? I found a new idea that looks a lot more light weight and what the other girls wanted. Thanks for all the help. Just waiting to hear from the rest of the girls to see if it's a winner.

    I love the look! June is very hard though - as far as the girls being divided, I have a bridesmaid that is convinced my wedding day is going to be pouring rain and freezing, and that's what she's basing all her opinions on, its very frustrating - it could rain, weather is unpredictable, but for the past 6 years its been 70-80 degrees on that weekend in my area lol so my advice, take their opinion into consideration of course! But if you get a very lightweight plaid & you know you're going to be in good AC, they can wear a tank top under and unbutton or roll up when you're not taking photos or wear shorts if needed. maybe toss those ideas around to them Smiley smile

    I plan to get the sleeveless button down portofino shirts from Express for my girls. They are lightweight and great if your girls work in offices.

    I'm buying all my girls Columbia button down PFG shirts, very light and they all would wear it again. I'm not having them monogrammed though.

    If you can find a short sleeved flannel it'd be great, but I think long sleeves is a little much for June
