Flannel shirts

I'd find flannel way too hot in June.

I love flannel, but not in June. Not even in air conditioning.

I've never worn a flannel shirt.

If your bridesmaids are split, there's your answer. Don't make anyone wear anything they don't want to.

What about chambray button down? Little cooler than flannel but slightly nicer than plain button downs.

ETA: I'm doing monogrammed chambray button downs and leggings

Agree with Chambray. One of my friends was a BM Where the bride got them monogrammed white button downs (more men's style). Flannel in june is way too hot and everyone will be hot anyways with makeup and hot tools everywhere.

Flannel is more of a winter shirt but it's YOUR wedding and if the air is on you should be ok!

We're date twins and I'd never consider having my girls wear flannel at the end of June. Even indoors.

You can get shirts that look just like flannel but are thinner. Would be better for that time of year

No to flannel in June. Perhaps a nice crisp cotton.

That dark plaid still makes me think of fall/winter. What about gingham or thin stripes.

Where are you located? Maybe you could do plaid, just not flannel.

Maybe try the nice cool fishing button ups? Its a super lightweight material, great for summer, and can still somewhat keep the vision you want- plus they're super cute when monogrammed!!

Can you do a button down with plaid/flannel print so it's lighter?

We did flannel June 21 in Texas. It was morning and we were always in AC, it was completely fine! ETA they were lightweight flannel, not the stuffy heavy kind.

That's a hard pass from me. Please don't risk your BP being uncomfortable just for aesthetics.

The closest I found was the boyfriend shirt from ae which looked good all but two girls were on board so I passed on the sale.
