What are all y'all brides doing to get/stay in shape for your big day? I have mobility issues that make it hard to walk, but I'm doing leg day, stretch day, core day, stretch day, arm day, stretch day, legs again, etc
And trying to cut out most junk food. Eventually cutting out junk all together but pizza!! That's going to be the hardest thing.

    I am going to start going back to the gym. I'm a big woman and I don't want to be a fat bride. I've cut back on portions size and it's helping already, started it a week ago.

    Are you able to go swimming? That would be a great workout. I wish my gym had a pool, I'd be there every single day.

    I've started personal training about a month ago now. I haven't been as great with my diet as I should be but I definitely would start now so you can see significant progress! 80% of your progress relies on diet. I've read cutting out sugar and avoiding processed foods (frozen meals and fast food) really helps. Good luck on your journey!

    I cut out soda, coffee creamer & desserts. I do a HIIT class twice a week and at home TIU workouts the other 3 days, and walk at least 3 miles on the weekends. Have you tried a less impact workout, like swimming?

    I've cut down from 2 sodas a week to 1 a week. Unsweet tea if we go out and water the rest of the time. I've been having more salads and veggie sides and less fast food and more sit downs if we do go out. But we are doing that less too. Lots of rice, quinoa, and beans to cut down on fattier meats and processed foods
