Hey all!
As a traditional bride, I chose the first touch. We decided that spending the night before the wedding apart and seeing each other as I walked down the aisle, would make the moment more special for us.

After a crazy chain of events, touching his hand before the wedding was just what I needed to calm my nerves.
Tell me what you are planning, or feel free to share pictures of your special moments. I think that all choices are individual and none of them are wrong.

    These pictures are great!


    We are doing a first look, and are really looking forward to it! We also want to spend as much of cocktail hour as we can with our guests (and because we want to enjoy the appetizers we're paying for), so we're doing a first look partially so we can get as many pictures as possible out of the way before the ceremony.

    We didn't do either. There were very few things H was adamant about, but this was one of them. We spent the night before apart, and didn't see each other until I stepped outside. Honestly, my favorite picture from the whole day is of H crying as I walked down the aisle.

    These pictures are beautiful!

    We are going to be traditional for our minimony where he won't see me until I walk down the aisle, but a first look is on the table for our big wedding, since we will already be married by then so we won't necessarily be breaking tradition.

    We did a first look and it was one of my favorite moments of the day! So full of emotion and joy! The photos are so sweet. I’m a crying mess in some of them lol.

    If we do anything it would be the first touch. We are spending the night apart and my FH is rather adamant that the first time that he sees me is when I'm walking down the aisle. We just need to find a spot in our venue where we could do this since it's a hotel it doesn't have much privacy, but I think there is like a corner by the getting ready room that could work just have to make sure no other hotel guests photo bomb us lol!

    Anna!! I love your pictures!! So beautiful!!! That's so wonderful that you did the first touch and it calmed your nerves!! I have no idea what I am wanting to do LOL I'll have to bring it up to FH and see what he may think about it!

    Yes! It's going to be so fun!! I need to take pictures of all the masks I have for everyone! Thank you! It'll go smoothly lol I gotta figure that out by Friday since we are meeting the venue and photographer and everything that day! LOL Only 73 more days to go!! Smiley smile

    We will be doing a first look. We are getting married out of state so we’ll sleep in the same hotel room and then meet each other separately at the place we are getting married. So excited 😍

    We are going with a first look, now. Originally my FH didn't want to and wanted to do the traditional thing and wait til the walk down the aisle. But he recently changed his mind and wants to do a private first look before hand. Which is also fine with me, I feel like he will help me calm down from my (what i assume will be) awful nerves lol.
