Went for my first fitting today and it went a little better than i thought considering i gained some weight since i picked out my dress. Despite all the gorgeous dresses i see on here daily, i must say i fell in love with my dress all over again and dont regret it one bit. The ruffles however werent as fluffy as when i first tried it on. (See top pic as opposed to the sample dress pic on bottom) Im thinking maybe it just needs a good steaming. They all mention to bring your shoes, under garments, etc. But ladies DO NOT forget to sit down as you try on your dress. My dress was snug and accentuated my curves just lovely. Thank god i went with a friend because when she reminded me to try on my shoes, i realized i couldnt bend down let alone sit 🤣🤣🤣. I was so focused on how nice my figure looked i forgot only if i plan to stand up the whole night like a statue. 2nd fitting is in march so ill keep you all posted 😁
