Virtually any department or specialty store. Macy's, Nordstrom, DSW, Aldo...

Zappos or JcPenny are my go to shoe stores.

OP, did you wear your shoes to your fitting? If so, sorry this happened.

These were the shoes I bought. I guess I was naive and thought the heels wouldn't be too tall. lol

I'm wearing a used dress too (my FMIL's) and I will be able to wear a 1.5 inch heel max, and I'll probably end up in flats if I get an underskirt like I want.

I wanted some killer heels too, but at least we don't have to pay for hemming??

I would try to find a kitten heel at dsw.

Honestly, I think it looks fine at that length in your photo. Sure, it's a tiny bit short, but that just means 1) you won't trip over your dress and 2) everyone might see a peek of those fantastic shoes!

Your dress should be hemmed to your shortest shoe anyway, so plenty of brides that plan to switch to flats later have a slightly shorter dress in heels.

Look at Benjamin Walk or Dyables. Tonsss of options, and they'll dye them whatever color you need. Try Etsy too.
