First dress fitting

Not yet, mine is tomorrow evening after work. I'm a bit scared too about feeling disappointed because I know the dress needs a lot of work cause I'm small....

I am sure it will look great after your next alterations when it fits better!

How long ago did you buy it? Maybe because you saw it on and it did not fit how you expected? Maybe post alterations it will? I am sorry but I hope you love it again.

I felt this way the first fitting. I got my dress very quickly (like a week or 2 after getting engaged) because of our short timeframe (our engagement would be like 4.5 months total by the time we are married). If I had more time I probably would have taken my time and perhaps have a completely different dress. That said...I felt great at my most recent fitting, after alterations. I feel much better about it! I’m getting it taken in a bit more but I’m confident I made the right choice for my circumstance.

Omg, this was me last week! My dress was the one I wanted online, I loved it when I first tried it on, everyone who saw it in photo's liked it best, and... this last week I wasn't nearly as wowed.
