First Dance Songs

Mine is "Young and Beautiful" cover by SoMo. Its amazing!

Our first dance song is "It's Your Love" by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. It has been "our" song since we started dating. It is very meaningful to us.

A Thousand Years will be played during the ceremony, and I could give a flying fuck what anyone thinks. Didn't choose it because of Twilight, chose it because I've always been a fan of Christina Perri.

My choice of music doesn't mean shit about anything.

I first saw the song a thousand years as a suggestion online, and really liked it. I have never seen the twilight movies nor do I want to.... But knowing it's so obviously associated with that movie makes me not want to pick it.

Our first dance will be to "Maybe I'm Amazed" by Paul McCartney. That has been FH's and mysong for years, so nnaturally, we picked as our 1st dance

If my sister didnt use 1000 years as her wedding song, I wouldve for mine. Its a beautiful song and FYI for those who dont understand it - a 1000 years is saying eternity...who knows what the after life is anyway. If its from twighlight, so what? Songs are used as theme songs for many movies...because they're beautiful songs!

Our first dance song is "All of me" Wouldve like to use one of our songs, but theyre both fast - Rihanna "We found love" and "Tonight im loving you" Enrique...but both these songs will feature in our wedding anyways

Our first dance will be a live studio version of Everything by Lifehouse. It's been our song from the beginning and it's perfect.

I will be walking down the aisle to A Thousand Years. I happen to love twilight and everything about it, but it has nothing to do with the song choice. It's a beautiful song with meaningful lyrics and Christina Perri has an incredible voice.

@terry--I LOVE Billy Joel's She's Got A Way!! I'm secretly hoping FH sings it to me at the wedding. He sings it to me all the time in private and he has such a great voice.

We picked how long will I love you by ellie goulding. Not only was it a beautiful song her voice is so amazing in that song. But it was also short which made it absolutely perfect.

We will be dancing to "our song" when i first heard it on the radio 6-7 years ago it became our song lol. Shes everything by Brad Paisley. My FMIL called me the other day and told me she found the song she wanted to dance with FH and it was a 1000 years. I never heard of it and listened to it, its very beautiful! I asked her where she heard the song from and she said twilight lol ive never seen any of the movies but that will be there song and i thought it was so pretty.
