Hi Everyone! First time post and it's probably been done a million times, but I'm so curious! What are your choices for your first dance? Does it have any special significance to you and your FH? I love reading everyone's story, they're all so special! My FH and I are dancing to "Smile" by Uncle...

My FH and I are dancing to "Smile" by Uncle Kracker. We met at a wedding and he says he had to "dance like a fool" to impress me so it's been our song ever since!

FH picked Storybook Love from the Princess Bride. I think it's sweet so that's what we are going with.

We both love full house and Disney. I'm torn between "forever" (the each boys song) but the version by Jesse and the rippers from full house. Or "a whole new world" from Alladin.

"I Won't Give Up" by Jason Mraz. It just fits us. Before I heard that song we were going to use "You and Me" by lifehouse because I just think that's a really beautiful song

So we were going to do God Bless the Broken Road by Rascal Flatts, for the reason it so suits us. We have come from many broken roads and both are coming in with children. We both had agreed this was the perfect song for us and then a couple months later I get a text from my FH, saying I like this song maybe we can dance to it. So I listen to it (and might I ad my FH is the least romantic person ever lol) and I love it and the fact he said he wants it means he truly does feel that way......... so the song now is Blake Shelton, Doing What She Likes. May not be a first dance type of song but we don't care : )

That's Beautiful to Me by Jaron and the Long Road to Love. It just describes our relationship well and I always turn all sappy and get all teary-eyed when I hear it.
