First Dance... in a tight fitting dress?

Rachel , on November 9, 2018 at 6:19 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 5
For those of you who had very fitted dresses how did your first dance go? Will I be able to do any sort of choreographed dance that isn’t just slowly shuffling with my FS?!

The only way to figure out what you'll be able to do is to put the dress on and see. Different dresses in various styles and fabrics will move differently. Now if someone here has the same exact dress as you she might be able to help.

My dress was really tight at my thighs so I was nervous about moving in it too. We did a couple spins to keep things interesting and kept the song short and it worked out fine.

My dress was tight fitting knees and up. We choreographed our first dance and it had several dips, lifts, and spins. I had no trouble dancing in it

Very true. I was just hoping to get some details about what is and isn’t possible when I comes to dancing in right dresses because his sister is choreographing our dance well before my dress comes in. I’m sure she’ll have some ideas but wanted to hear from anyone who’s already done it.
