First dance advice

Hey there all !!
I’m curious to know for those who don’t know how to dance or never slow danced before, how are you planning to do your first dance with your future spouse?? are you taking a dance class? practicing home? we practice home with various songs to get a feel for what we like best but i’m afraid i’ll look awkward come my wedding day😩😩 Whats your advice to get first dance ready!?

    You could take a class !! Many people do! We have danced together many times and are both very comfortable so I’m not too worried about it (also our daughter will probably cut in at some point lol)

    I would have loved that, but my now husband wouldn't have gone for it. We just held each other and looked into each other's eyes while the song we chose played.
