Our baker finally sent over our final cake design and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Our colors are navy, burgundy, and gold. I wanted a naked cake and she also specializes in sugar work. All the flowers will be made out of sugar!

I'm not one for naked or semi naked cakes (gimme alllll the frosting!) But this looks beautiful! I cant wait to see how the flowers turn out! Bakers always amaze me with their skills!

It's gorgeous and I love anemones! I didn't know they existed until I started this process and I'm so glad I discovered them. We're DIYing our flowers from like Trader Joe's or Produce Junction or Sam's Club or something and I really hope I can find them in blue.
