St. Lucia! After all the wedding stuff, I didn't want to plan a trip. So we found a good deal on Black Friday for a resort, and we'll just lay on the beach and relax.

Versailles (Lexington) has a beautiful castle, called The Kentucky Castle. I had dinner there one night and it was absolutely beautiful. They also have things like Murder Mystery dinners. Oh and Bowling Green (where I live) we have the Corvette Museum if you or FH love cars. I would say do a Corvette Plant Tour, but they are not doing tours right now. Kentucky is a beautiful place. Born and raised here.
