fh oot family staying at our house

So two months ago I agreed to have my fiancé’s family stay in the house for the wedding. Two weeks ago I realized I made a mistake to have 9 ppl in our house with only two extra rooms and one full bathroom to share amongst them. My wedding is this Dec and I told my fiance that some will have to book a hotel. He got mad and me and said “ Im just going to tell them not to bother coming for the wedding”. I fell bad since they are the only family he has, but I will feel uncomfortable since this is the first time Im meeting 7 of the 9 ppl. What if they stay during our wedding night ? I dont know what to do.. would I be rude if I talk to them personally?
