Feeling restricted in a mermaid gown...

I did a mermaid gown for my college senior ball with a slit but it looked AMAZING on my ass. My reception gown is a mermaid with no slit but a little extra room around my middle so I could move. It doesn't look as amazing around my ass but I can move in it fine

It's not necessarily true that ball gowns don't work on petite girls. I'm 5'3 and 108 lbs and doing an A line with a petticoat so it's fuller, also tried on ball gowns that worked, they didn't all, but some did! I couldn't do fit and flare/mermaid because I have no hips, but have broader shoulders, the a line/ ball gown balanced me out. All depends on your shape!

Yeah, after I told her I wanted to try on a few more ball gowns to make sure that what I was asking her to do was exactly what I want (like a really low back, for example), she quit responding.
