Feeding bridal party on the weddding day

I'll be bringing muffins and orange juice for breakfast, as well as a package of water to have available throughout the morning/afternoon. We'll have a sub sandwich tray and some fruit/veggie trays for lunch that my dad will pick up. There'll be trays of the same for the guys.

@jillcaroline- So I'm curious...when you say "professional bridesmaid," do you just mean you've done it lots of times before? I've read about people placing ads or actually "renting" bridesmaids, so is that you mean? Sorry to get off topic, I've just heard about that before and am curious about that experience :-)

Muffins and bagels for the mid morning. Our venue also will provide some light appetizers if we choose (paying extra). Our ceremony starts at 4 so I'm not sure yet if we will do appetizers or not.

Please ensure the bridal party is fed (or has the option to eat) if you are making them get hair/makeup done and they will be in a suite all day. I had lunch sandwiches, pretzels, water, and champagne. They did not have to arrive until lunch time.

@Scarlett, we definitely will be feeding them. We decided on a fruit, veggie, cheese, and finger sandwiches tray. The guys are going to eat lunch before arriving to the venue. So, I wanted to make sure we provided something to sustain everyone until the cocktail hour at 6p

I'm going to make breakfast and probably order some apps from one of the resturant near by. If not postmates lol

I didn't even think of this. Smart idea though I will look into ordering some pastries/fruit/juice and coffee for us.
