Favors

How do you do favors? We have been thinking of doing a small bag/box with a few things inside. We aren’t a big fan of the seeds/food/personalized favors.

If they are not edible, be prepared for countless leftovers. One per couple/family if they are non edible and one per person if they are edible. Many people skip favors and put money toward the guest experience of good/free drinks/great dj or photo/video for your own memories and are the first things to be cut if you need to budget.

Personally I like favors, especially when it's obvious people put some thought into it. One per couple/family is standard for non-edible favors.

That kind of limits your options. We're doing homemade cookies as our wedding favors. I'm not a fan of personalized favors or seeds/honey and just tried to think of something I'd want to have as a favor. Can't go wrong with food! Or you could attach some aspirin to a small water bottle with a cute tag as favors?
