So idea one: our venue has a fire pit. We planned on supplying things to make s’mores (and maybe late night snacks like hot dogs to roast for kids) but she sent an idea of making s’mores kits for an escort card and edible favor. I’m sure people would use them since there will be an active fire going. But my concern would be that people would think it’s redundant considering we will already be supplying things to make s’mores.
Idea two: cake pops as a escort card and edible favor. We are only doing a small cake (will serve about 90 people out of 150) but we will also have chocolate fountains and s’mores as well so we have plenty of sweets. At my sisters wedding she had a cake and no one ate it, lol. I don’t want to spend a lot and end up with all of it left. Cake pops would be a cute way so everyone has a piece of “cake”
