Father/Daughter Dance

We are dancing to Heartland's "I loved her first". i cry every time i listen to it and i hope it makes my dad cry.

This has by far been the hardest decision for me. Me, nor my father, knew that I wasnt his until I was 13 years old. However, he has been my father since the day I was born and always will be. This being said, I dont have his eyes or anything like that. I also do not have a ton of childhood memories since he lives in FL and I moved to GA when I was 8. So most memories are of summers and as an adult i do visit 1-2 times per year. He also is not a country fan so this has been a pretty impossible task for me.

My dad and I danced to "Then They Do" by Trace Adkins at my first wedding - his choice.

We're not dancing at this wedding, or at least not making a big deal about a "Father/Daughter" dance.
