Father/daughter dance song help

My father passed away a few years ago so my 17 year old son will give me away and stand in during our “father/daughter dance”. I am having a hard time choosing a song to dance to. Should it be something to honor my father or something about my relationship with my son? Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

Use a 🎶that would be appropriate for aMother/Son dance. Make sure that it’s something that resonates in your soul and speaks to your relationship

I love Celine Dion's song Because You Loved Me. I think it could go either way in your situation. I'm sorry to know your Dad has passed!

Hi Nadine! I think it is so special that you will have this dance with your son. He must be so honored to have such an important role in your wedding.
Have you discussed your song choice with your son? He might be able to give some suggestions and it would be great if he thought of a song that honors your father too.
Did your father have any favorite songs that would work for this dance, or are there are any songs that remind you of him?
