Family vacation homes

HELP! My FH is set on having our wedding in Panama City Beach. We are just having a micro wedding so it will be mostly family 15-20 people. We all planned to put money in on a house for all of us. I’ve looked and looked for places on the beach so we do not have to rent a venue also but I can’t find anything that either big enough or break the bank either. Anyone have any suggestions?
