If you still have to make plans Lake venues and make other decisions, I think you may need to make it very clear to them it's now or never if they want to be involved. I've seen people get really mad when they weren't involved with wedding planning because the bride plan things allegedly so early and excluded them. I've seen posts on here we're a few months before the wedding everybody comes running and let's do wedding stuff when they just never wanted to be available when the bride had actually set things up a year
