Fall Wedding Colors

Geeeezzzzz..... Even though my wedding is 3 years away, my bridal party is stressing me out!!! My FH and I love the colors Blue and Purple. So we was discussing how we want out Best Men and Maid/Matron Of Honor to wear Lilac and Sky Blue but our bridesmaids and groomsmen will wear Iris and Lavender and my parents can wear Blue Jay and his parents can wear Tahiti. My God everyone had a fit!!! They said our colors are too light and why we making everyone wear different colors instead of staying to one basic color. First of all, It's my wedding and I want to be unique. If I think it's doing too much then yes I will change it. But right now we are brainstorming knowing we not going to order the dresses until February 2022. I need some suggestions, am I doing too much by making everyone wearing different colors. Are my colors too light for a September 24th wedding, I need some ideas and suggestions.

Your colors can be whatever you want to be regardless of the season it's in

Funny enough, the sooner the wedding, the easier it is in some cases. No second guessing decisions, no putting deposits down and changing your mind, not dealing with family and friends bullshit for so long.

You can choose whatever colors you want, but it's a little extreme to dictate the attire for your parents. They don't need to match your bridal party.

There's nothing wrong with the colors you chose, it sounds beautiful to me. I will say I wouldn't try to control what your parents wear as long as it's wedding appropriate attire. Your color scheme sounds great to me

Thank you so much! I wasn't trying to control what they wore I was suggesting they should try to wear those colors because they asked to walk down the aisle after my bridal party.
