I just got quotes from a caterer for a taco bar and a fajita bar. The taco bar includes Seasoned Chicken and Beef, Hard and Soft Shells, Lettuce, Tomato, Cheese, Sour Cream, Guacamole, Salsa, Rice and Beans. 8.95 per person The fajita bar is Steak and Chicken, Sour Cream, Onions and Peppers,...

I just got quotes from a caterer for a taco bar and a fajita bar.

The taco bar includes Seasoned Chicken and Beef, Hard and Soft Shells,

Lettuce, Tomato, Cheese, Sour Cream, Guacamole, Salsa,

Rice and Beans. 8.95 per person

The fajita bar is Steak and Chicken, Sour Cream, Onions and Peppers,

Tomatoes, Jalapenos, Cheese, Salsa, Guacamole 9.95 per person

I guess I'm looking for opinions on what you would rather eat as a guest at a wedding. Is it worth the extra dollar for the steak in the fajita option?

Could you combine them? Like, do tacos, but have the steak option, and also the grilled veggies?

That would give more variety and better options for vegetarians! Also, YUM.

I don't get why some people hate tacos at weddings, or think it's cheap. I think it is amazing. I wanted tacos, but DH's sister had them so, I went after something else. But, tacos are life.

I like the idea of the fajitas as people can choose if they want chicken or steak. Do they fajitas not come with sides?
