So I have the tiniest eyelashes. They're thin and short and difficult to see in pictures. I've tried a bunch of different mascaras, but nothing seems to make much of a difference. I plan to use fake lashes on the wedding day, but I think I'd like a little extra boost since my lashes are so short and thin to begin with.

I've been considering a couple different options and I'm between getting lash extensions, getting prescription latisse, or lash boost from rodan and fields.

They're all pricey, but extensions are definitely the most expensive and the most inconvenient so that wouldn't be something I would use long term.

Does anybody have any experience with any of these products/services?

Team falsies here!I too have short, blond lashes that are few and far between. I find that no matter how much mascara, primer or growth serum I pile on, false lashes will always look 200% better than my natural lashes on their best day. I use falsies every time I go out and sometimes on weekdays. I have bold, voluminous sets for the bar/shows/date night, medium sets for occasions where I'll be photographed, and light but full sets for daytime or casual settings when I just want a little oomph. The clusters are a very natural look if you practice at them, but I am too impatient about removing them properly and tend to rip out my actual lashes. The strip lashes are nice because the glue sits on your eyelid, not your lashes, and it's a one-step process, like @JoRocka mentioned.

After seeing extensions on a few people, I was jealous of how glamorous they seemed and how low-maintenance but natural they appeared to be. I hemmed and hawed over forking up the cash for months before I finally gave in. I went in and laid down for two hours, eagerly anticipating a result similar to @awizardwedding's above. Spoiler alert: when I was done I looked sooooo foolish. Because my lashes are sparse and short, they basically glued long lashes onto the lashes they COULD find and had to leave the rest. So I had what looked like 5 thin, long lashes on each eye. Think Spongebob. Plus, bc my lashes are weak they started shedding immediately even though I took care of them properly. They didn't even last a week.

Point is--mange your expectations if your lashes are indeed as thin and short as mine are, or get comfortable using strip lashes--I promise it's not that hard!

I've been using Babelash also for about 3 weeks and am definitely noticing a difference.

I've used latisse for years. Asians have very sparse lashes so it's been awesome for me. I used to wear extensions and false lashes all the time and just got tired of the maintenance. Also, extensions will look better if you have a better base to begin with and latisse can help with that.

There's generic latisse now which I hear is cheaper.

Also, don't use the brushes that come with the bottle. You use too much of the product with their brushes. Buy a small thin makeup brush and clean it regularly. You can stretch a bottle for more than twice as long if you use a different brush.

In my opinion, real 3D mink eyelashes is a better choice than any other false eyelashes, because the high quality mink hairs are more like the human hairs, more natural, and do not appear to cause any allergies,I bought several pairs of 3D mink eyelashes from a eyelashes vendors called evannalashes.com, their wholesale eyelashes are amazing, totally handmade,Wide variety of styles, and cruelty-free.
