With all the tables set up and the dance floor. I will have a lot of extra space at my reception venue. What are some fun things I can do to fill up some of the extra space?

Our venue coordinator told us that they can make the room look just as full with less than 100 guests as they can with 200. I would definitely talk your venue about spacing.
If you still feel like you need more stuff, what about a photo booth? A dessert spread would take up a lot of space too. Really you could put all the stuff that’s typically in another room right in the reception area; like a fun guest book, table with pictures of you guys etc etc

We used the extra space for the gift table, a candy bar and photo booth.
