And last but not least, You Look Wonderful Tonight by Eric Clapton. I know it's overplayed but this song is very special to me. FH had it set to play in the car when he picked me up for our first date 12 years ago. I love that song, it's just so overdone and we want something more original.

I love the song, it was our second choice. Keep in mind it is up tempo, not slow - you will have to keep up with the beat which requires somewhat fast dancing. Not everyone is comfortable with that as a first dance. Maybe that's what your FH means.

I love that song and "close your eyes". It's not of the short list but I still love that song. "I just haven't met you yet" got me through the tough says of being single. Anything by our home boy is amazing.
