We are having a three tier cake. When we spoke to the bakery we had the option to make each layer a little different with one cannoli cream, one strawberry and cream, and one with cookies and cream. It may be what my fiancé is most excited for lol

All this cake talk is making me hungry! Our cake is going to be 3 tiers, strawberry shortcake (my fave) -- may have one tier be something different but not quite sure yet, but we will also be having a selection of cheesecakes (his favorite), a coffee bar, and an ice cream truck outside (our friends own this and are gifting it to us for the evening). Give me all the sweets (and coffee) hee hee!

Probably 3. I want to have the top tier for that night in the hotel room 70 people. I want to make sure ther is enough cake. Kitchen cakes?

We are having a three tier cake and cupcakes. There are too many people in my family who have food allergies so I’m just getting a white cake with buttercream icing. The cupcakes are for diabetics and for those with gluten and dairy allergies.

View Quoted Comment It's actually all going to be fake except for one that we can cut into! Our venue is a historic cathedral and everything, especially the ceilings, is just HUGE! So the cake needs to feel like it "fits," haha. We're going to serve sheet cake to guests! Thinking of a vanilla cake with vanilla and cinnamon filling (that's out favorite flavor) and a second flavor for those who don't really like cinnamon.

We had 4 tiers for our cake. It was a pound cake and I our icing was buttercream. It was one of the best pound cake I’ve had in a long time.
