If we are having a cocktail party for an hour only can we just serve drinks or does some type of food need to be served.

I would definitely do some type of finger foods or appetizers, so that people can get something in their stomachs in case they haven't eaten.

We're having a brunch wedding. Our cocktail our is from 12:00 - 12:45 - We're having fruit, different assorted cheeses and spinach dip. Reception to immediately follow at 1:00pm until 4:00pm.

Our bar package is only for a 3 hour bar, so we are serving a welcome drink (mojitos) and hors d'oeuvres for cocktails, then opening the full bar up with dinner.

I think Fawn just took the A out of her user name. It is weird that they allowed the same user name. That being said, I think it's really cool that there are two Fawn's on at the same time. Our name is unusual and I don't see many other Fawn's. Although, with the Disney Fairies - we may be seeing more in the future.

I would never serve alcohol without some light finger foods. It doesnt have to be much, but you should have something, imho.
