How should escort cards be addressed?

One per couple or one per person?

I've seen it done both ways; I personally prefer by couple as it takes less room and there's fewer to sort through.

What about families who will be sitting at different tables?

(We both have a lot of friends who live at home due to our culture, so they were included on one invite with their families).

In that case you separate those that will be at different tables.

Ask your venue. Mine specifically requests one per person, so that's what I'm doing

The venue left it up to me. Thanks all! Smiley smile

I did per person. *But* our escort cards were mustaches on a stick.

We are doing a sit down dinner and menu choice will be on the card so we are doing one per person.

We also have to add their entrees, but the venue said both choices can be on one card (per couple). Most couples actually chose the same entree so that's a bit helpful. I will have to get down to business and get them in the next ten days. Thanks for your responses!

We're doing 1 per couple. It eliminates a lot of cards (we're inviting 221) and we'll save money

I'm with @Fall Bride - DH and I always choose different entrees so we can try each others Smiley smile

If you are also indicating their meal choice then I'd do 1 per person, that would be easier for me!
