Erin Condren vs. any other planner?

I was looking to get an Erin Condren planner but I can't justify spending $55 on a planner for one year. I really like the Pretty Plum Paper (or something) ones, but to do the life planner and add the wedding pages is also like $55. Do any of you know of any other good ones? I have a small kate spade planner, but it's just so tiny.

    Target has partnered with Sugar Paper LA to make some awesome planners. This is the second year in a row that I've gotten one. It isn't anything fancy like an Erin Condren but it gets the job done.

    I love Erin condren. Totally worth the money to me. I've used a lot of different paper planners and ec is, by far, the best.

    I splurged on the Erin Condren life planner and I don't regret it at all! I already asked for next years for Christmas!

    Thanks! I am looking for one that I can just buy the refills for instead of having to buy a whole new one every year. Thinking of Kate Spade?
