I feel like I don’t have enough for the table with the guest book. I’m not putting a card/gift box since it is our vow renewal(but first real ceremony) other ideas??

Even if you're not expecting any cards/gifts, you might want to leave a space for them and/or have a basket or some kind of container. Depending on your crowd, it's possible people will bring them and will need to know where they should leave them.

You can decorate the table with flowers, pictures, and maybe flame less candles

I agree with a few of the others:
Leave a space just in case someone does want to bring you something.
And decorating with pictures will be a fun way to reflect on your marriage up until that point.

You could either add some cute decorations or an well wishes/advice box where guests could write a note to you guys!
