Engagement shoot

I’m sorry your engagement photos didn’t turn out how you wished.

What is it about the photos you don’t like? Is it the backdrop? The alternative location you had to use? Are you happy with the quality of the work produced by the photographer?

If you were to schedule a second shoot, this may come at an additional cost as you’ve already had the shoot included with your package. Would you have money in your budget for a second engagement photo session?

Talk it out with the photographer. They may be willing to do a second engagement shoot at partial cost or no cost since there were unforseen weather issues. But be prepared to pay the additional cost if necessary. It takes a lot of time to set up a shoot, go through the photos and edit them

I don't think it is over the top to want to re do them but what do you hate about them? Was it just the weather/wind blowing everything around or was it more the quality being bad etc. Because if it is the quality, you may want to keep in mind that the same person will be doing your wedding. I would definitely bring it up to the photographer and also check your contract to see if it mentions anything about a re-take. Good luck and I am sorry you didn't like your photos.
